We have painstakingly worked on function and form of designed furniture, perfect curtains, accessories and carpets for your apartment at Martinhal Residences. With our architect, Eduardo Capinha Lopes and interior designer, Romano Design, we believe we have a well-designed pack for you to buy and simply move into your apartment. If you are participating in the rental programme, this is the furniture pack that you must buy as it meets the regulations for rentals (such as fire safety etc) and fits the Martinhal Residences quality and branding. The furniture pack includes 3rd party interior design fees, their design of protypes and testing, their choice of fabrics and testing, transport, delivery, checking and installation of all pieces in situ.
