With our 24-hour hotel team onsite, we will provide valuable owner services such as housekeeping, laundry, handyman services as well as technical support for matters such as IT and Wi-Fi. This type of service will be charged on a usage basis.
Martinhal will provide both hassle-free ownership and managed living. Your condominium charge will cover the following:
- Resident´s membership to the Martinhal Circle Club
- 24-hour reception services
- Family concierge and porter services
- Security services
- Upkeep and maintenance of buildings, carpark and gardens
- Your apartment’s reserve fund contribution (to fund future renovation and upgrade works)
Martinhal Residences is going to partner with a mobility services company. As part of the car sharing scheme, residents at Martinhal Residences will be offered access to a fleet of on-site BMW and MINI vehicles (or a range of cars from another high quality car brand) 24 hours a day via a dedicated app.
Martinhal Residences will dedicate parking spots to the car sharing scheme, each of which will be equipped with a full capacity charging station that can serve the electric BMW i3 or any other e-models included in the fleet of cars provided by our mobility partner.
The Martinhal Residence car mobility scheme will add electric vehicles to the fleet, which is seen as a big step towards reducing the environmental impact of private cars on the road.
The owners at Martinhal Residences will enjoy the freedom and convenience of on-demand access to cars directly in the building that they do not have to maintain themselves. Whether they need to run a few errands around town or want to get out of town for a long weekend, access to a car sharing scheme in the building will significantly improve mobility for residents.
