The club will serve as the perfect place to spend time as a resident, boasting both indoor and outdoor heated pools, a gym, outdoor gardens, a coworking space and Martinhal’s award-winning kids’ club. The concept also envisages a place where families, both residents and guests of the hotel, can socialize whilst taking advantage of a coworking space, events organized by Martinhal and avail of special passes and services provided by the hotel. Our family concierge service will be available whenever you need support. Owners of houses will receive a special welcome at our Terrace restaurant.
Terrace, a restaurant, café and bar lounge, is themed on “looking East” – with its plethora of mouth-watering dishes and short eats served throughout the day. Terrace has a fabulous south-facing terrace with a view onto the vertical garden that links the property to the public park south of the building, Parque Cabeço das Rolas. Martinhal knows our family market and what they want. We also know that our families need sophisticated, healthy, organic options. Dining is available all-day satisfying residents, guests and outside diners alike – from smoothies and morning coffee to evening snacks and cocktails. Our restaurant Terrace is becoming quite an institution locally!
There are 1-bedrooms to 5-bedroom apartments to choose from – with wonderful views on the River Tagus, the Vasco da Gama bridge across the cityscape of Park of Nations, as well as on the Park Cabeço das Rolas. All luxury apartments have been fitted out with contemporary, high-quality materials and fixtures – with the double-glazed CORTIZO sliding windows, bathroom tiles from the Margres Prestige series to Iroko wooden floors varnished to a matt natural UV finish. Bathrooms are fitted out with highest quality bathroom fittings. Owners on the residence floors have the highly renowned Bulthaup kitchens with Miele appliances from Germany.
Martinhal has collaborated with 6 Portuguese artists to fill the building with Portuguese contemporary art. Artists have produced specific pieces of art for Martinhal Lisbon Oriente, some of which has been reproduced in limited numbers to contribute to the decoration of public spaces, corridors, apartments and even the pool area. Stunning and unique pieces – such as a continuous 19-floor internal mural in the lift lobbies by Kruella d’Enfer, the “Lighted Koala” by Bordalo II and much more adorn the walls of Martinhal Residences. We have even produced art packages for hassle-free interior decoration of apartments that buyers invest in.
