With our 24-hour hotel team onsite, we will provide valuable owner services such as housekeeping, laundry, handyman services as well as technical support for matters such as IT and Wi-Fi. This type of service will be charged separately based on usage.

Martinhal Residences is going to partner with a mobility services company. As part of the car sharing scheme, residents at Martinhal Residences will be offered access to a fleet of on-site vehicles (from a high-quality car brand) 24 hours a day via a dedicated app.

Martinhal Residences will dedicate parking spots to the car sharing scheme, each of which will be equipped with a full capacity charging station that can serve the e-models included in the fleet of cars provided by our mobility partner.

The Martinhal Residence car mobility scheme will add electric vehicles to the fleet, which is seen as a big step towards reducing the environmental impact of private cars on the road.

The owners at Martinhal Residences will enjoy the freedom and convenience of on-demand access to cars directly in the building that they do not have to maintain themselves. Whether they need to run a few errands around town or want to get out of town for a long weekend, access to a car sharing scheme in the building will significantly improve mobility for residents.
