Acceptance

By clicking “Send” you understand and accept these terms of sale before placing an order. If there are any questions, owners are invited to contact our sales team for clarification prior to ordering: info@martinhalresidences.com we will then send out an addendum which will need signing and a 50% deposit paid before the order is processed.

Placing an Order

• All orders are subject to our acceptance and goods availability.
• All prices listed on our site are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any goods at any time. All prices include VAT.
• The order is binding once an addendum to your purchase contract has been signed (which we will prepare once we receive your order). The addendum will be binding once signed by both parties.
